Since my student days at the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS) and later throughout my professional life, I have had the great luck and opportunity to be part of different Boards and Councils, where I have learned a great deal from my colleagues in different organizations, always trying to contribute my humble grain of sand.

As a student, I was part of the Academic Board of IQS, and shortly after starting my professional career, I represented my company, METALQUIMIA, on the Boards of Directors of AMEC (Multisectoral Association of Companies) and AEFEMAC (Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Machinery for the Meat Industry). I have also been a member of the Boards of Directors of Tribuna de Girona and Fòrum Carlemany; Trustee of the Fundació CENTA (Center for New Food Technologies); a member of the Governing Council of APD Mediterranean Area for twelve years (2002-2014); and I have contributed my grain of sand as a member of the Jury of prestigious awards, such as the Technological Innovation Award from the Generalitat of Catalonia (2002 and 2009), the Prince Felipe Award for Business Excellence (2008), or the IMPULSA Awards of the Prince of Girona Foundation (2010 and 2011); I have also been a member of the CCRI Catalan Council for Research and Innovation, and the Scientific and Advisory Council of the IRTA Institute for Research and Agro-food Technology, among other entities and associations.

Currently, I am a member of the Fundació FemCat (Private Foundation of Entrepreneurs); I was a Trustee of the Princess of Girona Foundation (2009-2017), and I have also had the honor of being Vice President during the period 2009-2013, whose founding objective is to add value to society through the promotion, support, and promotion of youth... and I have also been President of the Organizing Committee of the Fòrum IMPULSA of the same Foundation, in its first four editions (2010-2013).

In 2013, together with a group of entrepreneurs and institutions, we launched the Foundation for Creativity, of which I have the honor of being Honorary President, a Foundation born with the mission of promoting, in young children, the ability to be creative to innovate.
